Mackerel recipe in a new way: how to bake the popular fish deliciously and quickly

Mackerel is often chosen for frying, baking and marinating. Such fish has quite a few bones and is quickly cooked. You can make delicious and very juicy rolls.
The idea of cooking mackerel in a new way is published on the page of food blogger Yulia Vilych (vilich_food_blog) on Instagram. There are also potatoes, so it turns out to be a complete meal.
Ingredients:
- 4 small mackerel
- 50 g finely grated carrots
- 70 g hard cheese or mozzarella
- 1/2 onion
- one tablespoon of lemon zest
- 120 g fatty 20% sour cream
- mixed herbs and seasoning for fish
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the fish and remove all bones.
2. Cut each carcass lengthwise into two parts. Add fried onions, zest, cheese, sour cream and herbs to the carrots.
3. Spread each piece of fish with a small amount of stuffing.
4. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
5. Place in a baking dish, on the bottom of which you can put thin slices of potatoes greased with oil. Place lemon rings and pieces of canned pineapple as well.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
