Mackerel in a new way: how to bake a popular fish deliciously and quickly
Mackerel is a very budget-friendly and tasty fish that is often cooked for holidays and as an everyday dish. Traditionally, the carcass is cut open and a delicious filling is put inside. But you can cook fish in a much more interesting way by making rolls out of it.
The idea of making baked mackerel rolls was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia with the nickname nastiabarbar. At the end of cooking, don't forget to add hard cheese, which adds a special flavor.
Ingredients:
- mackerel
- butter
- salt
- seasoning for fish
- lemon juice
- soy sauce
- oil
- hard cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Put a few pieces of butter in a glass dish.
2. Cut each half of the mackerel fillet into 3 pieces.
3. In turn, roll each of the resulting pieces into a roll and secure with a skewer.
4. Mix the spices and herbs in a separate bowl.
5. Add lemon, soy sauce and oil.
6. Dip each roll in the resulting sauce.
7. Put in the mold and place the fish in the oven.
8. At the end, take it out, put grated cheese on top and put it back in the oven for a few more minutes.
