Ingredients
- Canned peas - 1 b
- Pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs
- Carrots - 1 pc
- Onions - 1 pc
- Boiled chicken liver - 400 g
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise
Method of preparation
1. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry the vegetables in a frying pan.
2. Add peas.
3. Cut the pre-boiled and already cold liver into oblong pieces and add to the bowl with the future salad.
4. Also cut the pickled cucumbers into oblong slices.
5. Mix the ingredients, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise to taste.
