In addition to meat and salads with mayonnaise, the New Year's table should also include light dishes. But, at the same time, it should be exquisite. Thus, it's a great idea to make a very elegant and colorful Wreath salad. It contains a variety of vegetables and cheese and looks extremely impressive.

Ingredients:
- sweet corn
- spinach - 50 g
- cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- mini mozzarella - 150 g
- olive oil - 3 tbsp
- a clove of garlic
- salt, pepper
- sesame or chia seeds - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the larger tomatoes into two pieces.
2. Leave the small ones intact.
3. Add spinach, mozzarella, and corn.
4. Season with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Mix everything.
6. Put the salad on a plate in form of a wreath and sprinkle with sesame seeds or chia.
