Tuna is an extremely healthy and tasty fish that goes well with vegetables, avocados, eggs, arugula, feta cheese, and herbs. It can be used to make budget salads, spreads, and appetizers.

Food blogger Iryna Dymytrova shared a recipe for a light tuna salad without mayonnaise on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • lettuce leaves
  • canned corn - 2 tbsp
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • tomatoes - 150 g
  • tuna - 160 g
  • olives - 0.5 b
  • red onion

Dressing:

  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs and cut into slices. Also, cut the tomatoes into slices.

2. Put lettuce leaves on the bottom of the plate, sprinkle with corn, and put eggs and tomatoes on top.

3. Drain the juice or oil from the canned tuna and put it on a plate.

4. Cut the onion into rings and place on a plate. Also, put the olives.

5. For the dressing, mix oil, soy sauce, mustard. Pour over the salad.
