Light soup with melted cheese and red fish: the perfect lunch dish
Soup is the perfect dish for a quick and easy lunch. It can be cooked from different meats and fish, supplemented with meatballs, melted cheese, and your favorite vegetables.
One of the cooking blogs(vistovvska_cooking) on Instagram published a recipe for a tender creamy soup with melted cheese and red fish, which you can easily make in 30 minutes for the whole family.
Ingredients:
- trout - 400 g
- potatoes - 4 medium-sized pieces
- carrot - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- broccoli - 200 gr
- cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- cream cheese - 150 g
- greens
- spices to taste
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the roast. To do this, chop the onion and carrot. Fry all together in a saucepan until soft and slightly golden.
2. Add potatoes, spices and pour boiling water over the roast. Cook under the lid for 15 minutes.
3. At this stage, add cheese, broccoli, tomatoes (it is better to cut them in half) and fish. Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
4. At the end sprinkle the soup with greens, bring to a boil and remove from the heat. Done!
