Light salad without mayonnaise with chicken, Korean carrots and Chinese cabbage: how to dress it
Light salads made from fresh and juicy vegetables are just what you need in the springtime. It is delicious to add boiled chicken to make it more filling. And don't use mayonnaise dressing.

Ingredients:
- boiled chicken fillet – 200 g
- Korean carrots – 80 g
- Chinese cabbage – 100 g
- fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
- salt, herbs – to taste
- sour cream – 2-3 tbsp. + 1 tsp. of mustard
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage.
2. Cut the cucumber into strips.
3. Chop the greens.
3. Add the chopped meat and carrots.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Add your favorite spices.
6. Season with sour cream and mustard.
