Light carrot salad without mayonnaise: how to season
Carrots are usually added to mayonnaise salads. But if you're fasting or just watching your diet and avoiding fatty sauces, the following dish is for you. It contains a lot of vegetables and legumes
The idea of preparing a light salad with carrots without mayonnaise was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Khrystyna Buleziuk (kristina_buleziuk). Use olive oil for the dressing.
Ingredients:
- carrots – 3-4 pcs.
- large beans – 200 g
- canned rotunda – 150 g
- onion
- parsley, green onions
- olive oil
- salt, and pepper to taste
- apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beans and carrots.
2. Cut the carrots and onions into half rings.
3. Chop the herbs.
4. Cut the rattan into strips.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Add the oil and vinegar. Mix everything well.
