The recipe for this breakfast was shared by a food blogger with the nickname valerikiry. On her Instagram, she explained how to make a light breakfast with cheese and ham in the form of pancakes without much effort.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Flour - 130 g
- Kefir - 250 g
- Ham - 80 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Soda - ½ tsp.
- Sesame seeds - 1-2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Break eggs into a deep bowl, add kefir, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.
2. Grate the ham and cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Add the sifted flour, cheese, and ham to the eggs and kefir and mix well.
4. Add the sesame seeds.
5. Put the dough on a preheated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, and fry on both sides until cooked.
6. Can be served with sour cream.
