Lemon fondant with white chocolate: how to prepare this light and refined dessert

Fondant is a favorite dessert for millions of people. But what about a lemon fondant with white chocolate?

No one can refuse this dessert. Its recipe was shared by a food blogger with the nickname thefoodhub.by_ilona on Instagram.

Ingredients

  • white chocolate - 180 gr
  • butter - 100 gr
  • powdered sugar - 50 gr
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • yolk - 1 pc
  • lemon juice - 60 ml
  • lemon zest - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 50 g
  • salt - a pinch
  • berries for decoration

Method of preparation

1. Cut chocolate into small pieces and butter into cubes. Melt in a water bath, stirring occasionally.

2. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and stir. Let it cool for 5 minutes and add eggs, egg yolk, vanilla, lemon juice with zest. Mix again. Add flour and salt. Mix until completely homogeneous.

3. Grease muffin molds with butter and pour the batter into them. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. The fondants should be well browned.
