Lazy strudel with ready-made dough: what to make the filling from

To make a delicious strudel, you don't need to knead and roll out the dough. It will be much easier to use phyllo. This is a baking base that you can buy at any store.
The idea of making apple strudel from phyllo dough was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna Dyba. The filling is very juicy.
Ingredients:
- phyllo dough - 1 pack
- apples - 500 g
- raisins - 100 g
- sugar - 100 g
- starch - 1 tbsp
- butter - 100 g
- cinnamon or gingerbread seasoning - to taste
- nuts - 100 g
- powdered sugar for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Thaw phyllo dough in advance.
2. Melt butter.
3. Spread out a sheet of dough, brush with melted butter, cover with a second sheet and brush again.
4. Thus, not forgetting to brush with butter, put three sheets of dough on top of each other.
5. Peel apples, remove the center and cut them into thin slices.
6. Add starch, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and chopped nuts to the apples.
7. Mix the filling until smooth. Put the apple filling on the dough closer to one of the edges of the dough.
8. Fold the side edges of the dough over the filling and then roll it up, starting from the side with the apple filling.
9. Put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
10. Brush the strudels with butter. Use a toothpick to make several punctures on each roll so that the steam from the filling does not tear the dough during baking.
11. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the strudels with apples for 25-30 minutes (until the phyllo dough is golden brown).
12. Cool the finished strudels and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
