Ingredients:
- pita bread - 1 pc.
- cheese - 200-250 g
- egg - 1 pc
- honey - 2 tsp
- berries ~ 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add egg white and honey to cottage cheese.
2. Mix well or beat with a blender.
3. Smear pita bread with the cheese filling.
4. Add berries. Roll the pita bread.
5. Spread egg yolk on top.
6. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
