Lazy lasagna from ordinary pasta: how to prepare a popular restaurant dish on a budget

The classic Italian lasagna is made from special sheets, between which the filling is added. But if you don't have them at hand, you can always use regular pasta. It can be used without any problems.
The idea of cooking lasagna from pasta was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname healthyddiary__. It turns out to be very juicy.
Ingredients:
- minced chicken
- tomato sauce
- milk - 2 cups
- flour - 2 tbsp
- butter - 2 tbsp
- spices
- paste
- cheese
Method of preparation:
1. For the bolognese sauce, fry minced meat. You can add onions.
2. Add tomato sauce and spices.
3. For the bechamel sauce, add butter and then flour to the pan.
4. Stir and add 1 cup of milk.
5. Add a second glass in a minute and stir again.
6. Put pasta in the mold.
7. Cover with bolognese sauce, water (about 300 ml so that the pasta is not soggy) and bechamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
8. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. If you add already boiled pasta, 20 minutes will be enough.
