Ingredients
- cottage cheese - 200 gr
- egg - 1 pc
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp
- poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
- vanilla sugar
- flour - 5-7 tbsp
Method of preparation
1. Add egg, vanilla, sugar, poppy seeds to the cottage cheese and mash with a fork until smooth.

2. Add flour. Knead dough first with a fork, and then knead for a few minutes with wet hands.
3. Put the dough on a floured surface, roll it in flour a little and form small balls.

4. Bring the water to a boil and reduce the heat to medium.
5. Put the dumplings in slightly boiling water. As soon as they float, take them out.
