- 9% cottage cheese - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- honey - 1-2 tsp.
- flour - 2-3 tbsp. (look at the consistency, the dough should be plastic)
- pinch of vanillin
Method of preparation:
1. Put cottage cheese and the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix well or whisk until smooth with a blender.
2 Form the dough into sausages. Cut into portions and form lazy dumplings.
