One of the culinary blogs (vistovska_cooking) on Instagram published a recipe for lazy coconut dumplings, which are very tender and have an extraordinary flavor.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- coconut flakes - 2-3 tbsp.
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- flour - 3-4 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar and coconut flakes. Mash well with a fork.
2. Add flour and knead the curd dough.
3. Divide the finished dough into four parts, form a sausage from each one and cut into portions.
4. Boil the dumplings in boiling water.
