Everyone knows about these lazy belyashi. You don't need to knead the dough for them because they are based on ordinary waffles, and you need minced meat for the filling. The dish is simple but very tasty.

The idea of cooking lazy belyashi with minced meat was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olha Riabenko olga_riabenko. Children will especially like it.

Ingredients:

  • waffle cakes
  • minced pork + beef - 300 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • salt, pepper, spices - to taste
  • eggs - 2-4 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Make minced pork and beef 1:1 (you can use pork only or chicken only).

2. Grind onion in a meat grinder with the meat.

3. Add spices to taste.

4. Salt and beat eggs.

5. Put a thin layer of minced meat on each waffle. If you are using the waffles for a cake, let them stand for 20 minutes after putting the minced meat on them to make them soft. Only then can you cut them into portions.

6. Dip each piece in an egg and fry until golden brown.

7. Serve with tomato juice or sauce.
