Kebabs in the oven: you can cook them in any weather
Barbecuing outdoors is one of the traditions during Easter. However, it won't be very comfortable to light a fire outside right now. Therefore, if you can't give up roasted juicy meat, cook it in the oven using a special technology.

Ingredients:
- pork tenderloin
- spices for barbecue, meat, pork.
- onions - 4 large ones per 2 kg
- oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut meat into medium slices. If you make small ones, the dish will be dry.
2. Dice onion and crush it a little with a potato masher.
3. Mix oil with spices.
4. Mix onion and marinade with meat and refrigerate overnight.
5. Fry the meat over medium heat until crispy so that the onions from the marinade do not get into the meat.
6. When the meat is browned, put it on a baking sheet covered with foil. Put the onions from the marinade on top.
7. Cover the baking sheet with foil and place in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
