Kebab in orange marinade: it turns out to be very tender and juicy

Various dairy marinades, such as kefir, are often chosen for kebab. It can also be soda or soy sauce. But if you want a fresh and natural flavor, you can use orange. It will add a slight sourness and make the meat tender.
The idea of cooking kebabs in orange marinade was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname vika_tolokova23. A variety of herbs go well with orange.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of meat (pork, you can use chicken breast)
- 1 orange
- 1 onion
- herbs
- salt, pepper - to taste
- 10 pieces of potatoes
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into small pieces so that it has time to cook with the potatoes.
2. Add onion, herbs (to your taste), salt, pepper and juice of one orange to the meat.
3. Press it all into the meat well, cover and leave it to marinate for 2 hours (you can do it longer).
4. When the meat is well-marinated, put it on the skewers.
5. Take a mold, grease it with vegetable oil, put potatoes cut into 2 parts, a little salt and pepper on the bottom, and put the kebab on top.
6. Put it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
