Julienne with chicken and mushrooms: a great hot dish for a holiday and every day
Julienne is a delicious hot dish of chicken and mushrooms that is suitable for the holiday table and for every day. It can be made in pots, tartlets, and even pancakes. The dish is prepared in an elementary manner and turns out very hearty.
Food blogger Anastasia Zhakulina(anastasia_zhakulina) on her Instagram page shared the recipe for julienne in the oven.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc
- champignons - 200 g
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic clove
- firm cheese - 150 g
- 20% cream - 200 ml
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- butter - 20 g
- salt, black pepper, ground coriander, provan herbs
Method of preparation:
1. chop the onion and garlic. Fry in a mixture of butter and olive oil until golden.
2. Dice the fillet and add it to the vegetables. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
3. Chop the mushrooms and add to the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Pour the cream, add all the necessary spices, and mix. Cook over low heat until it thickens. It takes about 10-15 minutes.
5. The resulting mass transfer to the baking dish, and sprinkle the top with grated hard cheese. Bake at 190 degrees until golden brown. It takes about 6-7 minutes.
