Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- onions - 3-4 pcs
- mushrooms - 300 g
- sulguni or mozzarella cheese
- cream cheese - 1 pack
- pancakes
- bechamel
Method of preparation:
1. Fry pancakes and prepare bechamel sauce in advance.
2. Fry chicken in small cubes with onions and mushrooms. You can add a piece of butter, salt, pepper, and cream cheese.
3. Wrap the filling in the pancakes and place in the mold.
4. Pour the bechamel sauce on top and cover with grated cheese.
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
