Juicy village-style meat: cooked in the oven

Chicken fillet is most often used to make chops, various fillings, and salads. But this product also makes excellent village-style meat. Put delicate sauce, vegetables and lots of cheese on the fillet. The dish is very juicy and satisfying.
The idea of cooking village-style meat was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname vistovska_cooking.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- onions - 2 large
- pickled cucumber - 1 pc
- hard cheese
- spices - to taste
Ingredients for the sauce:
- mayonnaise (sour cream) - 2 tbsp.
- mustard in grains - 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into 2 pieces and pound it a little.
2. Cut the onion into rings and fry until golden brown.
3. Put the fillets on the parchment, sprinkle with spices, and brush with the sauce.
4. Put the fried onions and thinly sliced cucumbers on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
5. Bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
