Ingredients for nests
- Minced chicken - 700 gr
- Carrots - 1 pc
- Onion - 1 pc
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp
- Greens - a bunch
- Egg - 1 pc
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - ½ tsp
- Dry garlic - 1 tsp
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the filling
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp.
- Canned pineapples - 100 g
- Hard cheese - 100 gr
Method of preparation
1.Fry the onions and carrots.
2. Add salt, pepper, dry garlic, Italian herbs, egg, breadcrumbs, sour cream, herbs, frying to the minced meat and mix well.
3. Form large balls with wet hands.
4. Put it on the parchment and press the middle with a spoon to form nests.
5. Mix sour cream with mustard and put it in the nests.
6. Top with pineapple and sprinkle with cheese.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
