Mackerel is a fish that is ideal for baking. It has a lot of tender and juicy meat and few bones. It also goes well with a variety of vegetables.

Ingredients:
- mackerel - 1 pc
- potatoes - 5/6 pcs (boil in slices)
- onion - 1 pc
- cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs
- carrots - optional
Ingredients for the sauce:
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.
- grain mustard -1 tbsp
- honey - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 tsp
- salt, pepper, fish seasoning to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the fish.
2. Cut lengthwise to make two flat fillets.
3. Make cuts along the ridge.
4. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
5. Put the boiled potato halves in a glass dish.
6. Top with onions, tomatoes and carrots.
7. Put the fish.
8. Smear with the sauce.
9. Cover with foil.
10. Bake for 20 minutes.
11. Remove the foil and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
