Juicy kebabs in tea marinade: the meat just melts in your mouth
In addition to the traditional marinades for barbecue with mineral water, mayonnaise, and beer, you can also use tea. It will make the meat very soft and juicy. In addition, the finished kebabs will have a very attractive golden crust.

Ingredients:
- pork neck - 1 kg
- rosemary - 1 tbsp
- basil - 1 tbsp
- coriander - 1 tbsp
- allspice - 1 tbsp.
- salt - 2 tbsp
- cloves - 1 tbsp
- black tea
- blue onion - 1-2 pcs.
- parsley
- salt
- lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into medium-thick slices.
2. Put in a bowl.
3. Add spices.
4. Pour brewed tea on top.
5. Cover with cling film.
6. Cut onion into rings.
7. Chop greens.
8. Sprinkle onion with spices and squeeze lemon.
9. Skewer the meat.
10. To serve, cut out the middle of the bread and put the fried meat and onions on top.
