Juicy French-style fish in the oven for dinner

Ingredients:
- fish fillet - 500 g
- tomato - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc (optional)
- natural yogurt or mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
- hard cheese - 75 g.

- red paprika

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into small pieces.
2. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika and spices.
3. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes. Place in a mold.
4. Brush with yogurt.
5. Layer onion sliced in half rings and tomatoes sliced in circles.
6. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
