You can make a full meal out of an ordinary chicken fillet. But it is very important to make the meat juicy. Therefore, the best solution is to make chicken rolls with cheese in bacon.
The idea of making juicy chicken rolls with cheese in bacon was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Shevetovska (shevetovskaya). They are baked for a maximum of 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- cheese - 100-150 g
- processed cheese - 80 g
- sour cream - 1 tbsp
- bacon - 100 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- dill
- salt, pepper, paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into three pieces and pound it off a little.
2. Add salt, pepper, paprika and oil on both sides and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
3. For the filling, mix melted cheese or cream cheese, sour cream, dill and garlic.
4. Cut the hard cheese into 6 slices.
5. Form the rolls: put the filling on the fillet, then cheese, roll it up and wrap it in bacon.
6. Put the rolls in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
7. Bake at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
