Chicken fillet is quite dietary and quick to prepare, making it an ideal product for a nutritious lunch. But the meat can be too dry due to the low amount of fat. Therefore, a good solution is to add pineapple slices and lots of cheese.

Ingredients:
- chicken or turkey fillet
- onion
- sour cream or mayonnaise
- salt and spices for chicken
- cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillets into steaks and beat off.
2. Put the onion in the bottom of the mold - it will make the dish more juicy and tasty.
3. Sprinkle the meat with salt and chicken seasoning on top.
4. Lubricate with sour cream or mayonnaise.
5. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
