Juicy chicken fillet under a coat in the oven: you can quickly cook it for lunch
Chicken fillet is moderately fatty and cooks very quickly. It is the perfect product for a quick lunch. To make the meat juicy, add sour cream sauce and grate plenty of cheese on top.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 600 g.
- salt, pepper – to taste.
- paprika – 1 tsp.
- onion – 1 pc.
- tomatoes – 100 g.
- greens – to taste.
- boiled chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
- hard cheese – 100 g.
- garlic – 2 cloves.
- sour cream – 2 tbsp.
- oil – 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet lengthwise, and beat off.
2. Add your favorite spices, and rub on all sides.
3. For the filling, mix chopped tomatoes, fried onions, grated eggs, dried garlic, salt, sour cream and herbs.
4. Mix thoroughly.
5. Put the meat on a baking dish covered with parchment.
6. Put the filling.
7. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
8. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees.
