Juicy chicken chops without flour: how to cook with a crispy crust
When cooking chicken tenders, you need to follow the right technology, as the dish can turn out dry and rather tough.
Food blogger Olha Riabenko shared on Instagram how to cook chicken tenders so that they are very juicy and have a crispy crust without using flour.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 2 pieces
- Salt
- Pepper
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
- Corn starch – 1 tbsp.
- Water – 2 tbsp.
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Paprika – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Cut the meat into slices, add salt and pepper.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with chopped garlic, soy sauce, paprika, and starch diluted in cold water.
3. Put the chicken in the marinade and leave for 20 minutes.
4. Fry in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil for 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
