Juicy carrot cake with cream: the dough is very fluffy

Ingredients:
- carrots - 200 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- sugar - 160 g
- vegetable oil - 80 g
- flour - 180 g
- baking powder - 10 g
- raisins - 100 g
- nuts - 100 g
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
Ingredients for the cream:
- cream cheese
- powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil, grated carrots and mix.
2. Add the nuts and pre-soaked raisins and mix.
3. Add the sifted flour with baking powder and cinnamon.
4. Mix until smooth.
5. Put the dough into a mold covered with parchment or foil, and flatten it.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
7. Combine the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and mix.
8. Cool the cake and spread with cream.
