Juicy Canadian-style ribs: a recipe for the most delicious marinade

Pork ribs are a delicious meat dish. And to prevent them from turning out dry and hard, you should prepare a good marinade for them.
Food blogger Tetiana Sheremet (tania_sheremet_) shared a recipe for Canadian-style baked ribs on her Instagram page. The marinade for the dish is made with soy sauce, ketchup, applesauce, and spices. The ribs are very juicy and flavorful.
Ingredients:
- pork ribs – 1 kg
- soy sauce – 3 tbsp
- brown sugar – 1 tbsp.
- ketchup – 80 g
- dried garlic – 0.5-1 tsp.
- paprika – 0.5 tsp.
- cinnamon – 0.5 tsp. without a slide
- applesauce – 80 g
- ground black pepper, salt
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the ribs into pieces and add soy sauce, applesauce, ketchup, brown sugar, dried garlic, cinnamon, paprika, pepper and salt. Mix well.
2. Sprinkle the meat with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
3. Then put the meat in a greased baking dish. Bake at 200 degrees for 1-1.5 hours. Turn the meat periodically during baking.
