Juicy beef roll instead of chops: a very satisfying dinner

Instead of beef chops, you can cook a very satisfying roll. Put a delicious filling of cheese and herbs inside. The dish is baked quickly enough and keeps well in the refrigerator.
The idea of cooking a juicy beef roll was published on the Instagram page of MasterChef project participant Olga Ryabenko (olga_riabenko). White wine will add a special flavor.
Ingredients:
- beef meat - 4 pieces (well beaten)
- salt, pepper - to taste
- mustard - 1 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 40 g
- arugula - half a bunch
- olive oil
- white wine - 60 ml
- honey - 1 tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Put the beaten meat on the foil.
3. Spread with mustard, salt and pepper.
4. Grate the Parmesan cheese and spread it on the meat.
5. Next is arugula.
6. Wrap the meat in a roll.
7. Tie with culinary thread and cut.
8. Fry in well-heated olive oil on all sides until golden brown.
9. Add wine, honey, and soy sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.
