Juicy battered banana for breakfast: easier than pancakes
Fruit is the perfect option for a nutritious breakfast. For example, bananas can be used to make a full meal with very little time. You can fry them in batter. The texture is quite fluffy and tender. It is delicious with coffee, cocoa, or tea.
The idea of cooking bananas in batter was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Roksolana Harasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv).
Ingredients:
- 2 medium bananas or 1 large banana
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp of Ghee or butter
- 3 tbsp of milk
- 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
- baking powder on the tip of a tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Mix egg, butter, milk, flour, baking powder.
2. Beat the mass with a manual or electric whisk.
3. Cut the bananas into slices.
4. Dip into the prepared batter.
5. Fry in a preheated frying pan.
