- liver - 600 g
- onions - 3-4 pcs
- plums - 6-8 pcs
- spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the liver, peel it, roll it in flour and fry it over medium heat on both sides.
2. Meanwhile, fry the onion in half rings, add sugar, salt, and a mixture of herbs to taste.
3. Put the onions in a baking dish.
4. Top with fried liver.
5. Pit the plums.
6. Put them on the liver.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
