Juicy and fluffy chopped cutlets: how to cook a delicious dish

Chopped cutlets are a great alternative to the classic ones when you don't want to bother with making minced meat for a long time. Traditionally, they are made from chicken fillet. Sour cream is added for a delicate, juicy flavor, as well as starch, which makes the cutlets very fluffy.

Food blogger Yuliia Fedorenko (fedorenko_pp) shared a recipe for chopped chicken cutlets on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 300 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • sour cream – 30 g
  • corn starch – 25 g
  • green onions
  • salt, spices

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fillet into cubes.

2. Chop the green onions.

3. Mix the fillet, sour cream, egg, starch, salt, pepper and onion. Stir until smooth.

4. Fry the cutlets in a frying pan.
