The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious bulgur salad with feta cheese, cucumbers and pistachios, which is a favorite of Jennifer Aniston.
Ingredients:
- Bulgur - 1/2 cup
- Feta cheese - 150 g
- Cucumber - 1 pc.
- Red onion - 1 pc.
- Pistachios - 20 g
- Lemon - 1/2 pc.
- Parsley, mint, olive oil - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pour boiling water over bulgur in a ratio of 1:2. Salt the porridge and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Leave it to stand for another 10 minutes, then drain off the excess water.
2. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings and dice the cucumber, put it into a bowl. Add the feta, bulgur, chopped mint and parsley, olive oil and lemon juice, pistachios and mix well.
