This unusual salad of incredible beauty will surprise any guests not only with its taste but also with its extravagant appearance. At first glance, it may seem as if this dish has just been delivered from Miami. But it can be prepared in any kitchen and without much effort.

Ingredients
- salad mixture
- arugula
- cherry tomatoes
- orange - 1 pc
- shrimp
- prosciutto or bacon
- olive oil
- balsamic
The way of cooking
1. Peel shrimp and wrap them in prosciutto or bacon. Use the thinnest meat slices.
2. Fry the shrimp on both sides until a nice crust forms.
3. Put salad mixture on a plate.
4. Cut tomatoes in half and put on the salad.
5. Peel avocado and cut into slices. Put on the salad.
6. Peel orange, cut it into pieces and put on the salad.
7. Collect the orange juice left after cutting the fruit in a container and add olive oil, salt and mix well.
8. Put the shrimp on the salad, pour the sauce over and sprinkle with balsamic.
