Ingredients:
- 2 kg eggplants
- 3 kg tomatoes
- 1.5 kg bell peppers
- 2 pods of hot peppers
- 4 heads of garlic

- 200 g sugar
- 200 ml of vinegar 9%
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the sweet peppers from the seeds and slice into straws.
2. Remove the seeds from the hot pepper pods.
3. Grind the garlic and hot pepper in a blender.
4. Chop the tomatoes with a meat grinder or blender.
5. Pour the tomato mass into the container in which you will cook the salad. Add salt and sugar to the tomatoes. When the tomatoes boil, add the eggplant and pour in the oil.
9. 5 minutes before eggplant is ready, add garlic and hot pepper. At the end of cooking, pour in the vinegar and allow to boil.
