Method of preparation:


1. Fry the onions and carrots.

2. Add minced meat, favorite spices and mix well.


3. Sprinkle with herbs.

4. In the peppers cut out the cap, clean off the seeds and stuff.


5. Cover with caps and bake at 190-200 degrees for 50 minutes.

6. Serve with sour cream.
