How to serve beef salad in a spectacular way: guests will be amazed

Salad is an integral part of any festive table. And when served properly, it can become a real table decoration.
Recently, food blogger Iryna shared a recipe for an incredibly delicious beef salad. She also shared how to serve this dish beautifully on Instagram.
Ingredients
- lettuce leaves
- cherry tomatoes - 4-6 pcs
- cucumber - ½ pc
- red pickled onion - ½ pc
- olives - 6 pcs
- beef steak - 200 gr
- soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp
- garlic - 2 cloves
- oil
- pepper
- salad dressing
- puff pastry - 200 gr
- egg yolk
- salad mix
The way of preparation
1. Roll out dough into a 5-7 cm wide strip and roll it around the round shape.
2. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with salad mixture and bake for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees.
3. Lay out lettuce leaves, put baked dough, cucumbers made into spirals, cherry tomatoes, pickled onions and olives.
4. Season with salt, drizzle with olive oil and add dressing.
5. Cut beef into thin slices, fry for a minute in sunflower oil, add grated garlic and soy sauce and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Put beef on the salad, add sesame seeds and serve.
