How to salt redfish for sandwiches at home: you will need only 2 ingredients

To salt delicious redfish at home, you don't need to prepare a marinade with a large number of ingredients. Just salt and sugar will be enough to make the fish taste good.
The idea of cooking delicious salted fish was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Halyna Nemesh (halyna_nemesh). If you want a more salty fish, leave it in the marinade longer, and if you like a lighter flavor, leave it in the marinate less.
A universal way to salt redfish:
1. Wash, clean and dry the fish well (I use salmon).
2. For a kilogram of fish, you need: 2 tablespoons of salt and one tablespoon of sugar.
3. Rub this mixture thoroughly, massaging it in.
4. Put under the press for 1.5-2 hours at room temperature.
5. Pour out the resulting liquid and refrigerate for 24-48 hours. The longer it is in the marinade, the saltier it is.
6. Before use, wash well under cold running water and let dry. Or remove the remaining water with a paper towel.
