How to replace flour in homemade pizza: the dish will be much healthier

Pizza is not always a floury and high-calorie dish. The key is to choose the right base. Regular wheat flour can be replaced with another very simple and healthy ingredient.
The idea of making pizza without flour was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olesya with the nickname smachna_dopomoha. The base can be made from lentils.
Ingredients for the base:
- lentils - 200 g
- water - 100 ml.
- salt (1/2 tsp) and spices
Ingredients for the filling:
- homemade mayonnaise/sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Greek/thick yogurt - 2 tbsp.
- boiled chicken fillet - 1/2 pc.
- canned pineapple - 4 pcs (ring)
- canned corn (without sugar) - 3-4 tbsp
- greens
- cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Soak the lentils in plenty of water for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
2. Drain the remaining water and add fresh water.
3. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees.
4. Add salt and spices to the lentils.
5. Beat with a blender until smooth.
6. Pour the mixture on a baking sheet covered with parchment (or on a silicone mat) and spread it in the form of a pizza.
7. Put in a preheated oven.
8. Bake the base for 10-15 minutes.
9. Take out the base, pour over the yogurt and mayonnaise (sour cream/yogurt) sauce, put the filling, sprinkle with cheese.
10. Put in the oven for another 5 minutes.
