Salted red fish makes delicious sandwiches and salads. Such dishes will be a real decoration of any holiday table. And you can easily make delicious fish at home - it's much better than buying it in the store.
The food blogger o_gorodnik shared how to salt salmon on a budget and quickly on his Instagram page. You don't need to add a lot of spices.
Ingredients:
- salmon - 1.2-1.4 kg
- salt - 200 g
- sugar - 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the skin from the fish.
2. Sprinkle with salt on both sides.
3. Cover with plastic wrap.
4. Put in the refrigerator for 12-15 hours.
5. Rinse the fillet from excess salt in cold running water.
6. Dry on napkins.
