How to quickly salt redfish at home: the best way
Redfish is very easy to salt at home in a day. At the same time, you can use any kind of fish like salmon, trout, pink salmon or keta. Traditionally, fish is spiced with salt and sugar, sometimes supplemented with lemon, herbs and even brine.

Method of preparation:
1. Redfish should be cut into smaller pieces first.
2. Mix all the dry spices. If you use dill, chop it and add to spices. Roll each piece of both sides of fish in the mixture.
3. Put the fish in a container, overlaying with lemon rings. Cover the container with a lid and leave it like this for 1 day in the refrigerator. If water releases during the process, it is normal.
