Despite the fact that chanterelles are very tasty, if they are fried and served with potatoes, washing these products is not an easy task. A lot of sand settles on the mushrooms. It sticks to the surface and is poorly washed off with water. But if you use the following technology - you will cope with such a task without too much effort.

How to quickly rinse chanterelles from sand
1. Moisten the mushrooms.
2. Transfer them to a bowl.
3. Cover completely with flour. For convenience, you can do this directly through a sieve.
4. Leave for 10 minutes.
5. The flour should swell and take on all the dirt.
6. After that, pour water over the mushrooms and rinse well.
7. The mushrooms are perfectly clean. After rinsing, it is simply a matter of drying them.

Ingredients per serving for two people:
- potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- chanterelles - 400 g
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt
- Provencal herbs - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Fry potatoes for about 5 minutes.
2. Add washed chanterelles and garlic.
3. After about 5 minutes, add the chopped onions.
4. Fry for another 5-10 minutes.
5. At the end add salt and seasonings.
