- onions - 2 pcs

- sugar - 1 tsp
- oil - 4 tbsp
- vinegar - 3 tbsp

- allspice peppercorns - 3 pcs
- bay leaves - 3 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the fish, clean and cut into pieces.
2. Chop the onion in half rings.
3. Mix all other ingredients for the marinade.
