If you don't have the opportunity or time to fuss with pizza dough, there is a great alternative. You can make your favorite dish without yeast and long dough kneading. And if you add an unusual sauce to the pizza, you can serve it on a festive table.
Food blogger Anastasia Solopiika (solopiika) shared a recipe for pizza with béchamel sauce without yeast and dough on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 5-9% 250 g
- flour - 120 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- baking powder - 6 g
- salt
- oil
- filling
Bechamel sauce:
- butter - 30 g
- flour - 30 g
- milk - 400 ml
- salt
- nutmeg
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the cottage cheese with egg and salt so that there are no lumps.
2. Add baking powder and flour. Mix - you should get a sticky dough.
3. Roll out the dough.
4. Put the base on a greased baking sheet.
5. To make the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Fry until golden brown.
6. Then gradually pour in the milk and stir to avoid lumps.
7. Add salt and nutmeg. Let it boil for a few minutes.
8. Grease the pizza base with the sauce and add the toppings.
9. Bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
