How to prepare the most delicious eggplant appetizer called Baba ganoush

Baba ganoush is an original eggplant appetizer and an alternative to classic caviar. The dish is supplemented with tahina, cilantro and garlic for a bright flavor. When ready, it is eaten with pita or pita bread.
Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo (hectorjimenezbravo) shared the recipe for eggplant Baba ganoush on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggplant - 2 pcs
- salt, pepper
- olive oil - 10 ml
- garlic - 5 pcs
- tahini - 20 g
- lemon juice - 5 g
- cilantro - 5 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and cut eggplants in half, make incisions. Place them on a baking tray covered with foil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil. Bake the vegetables at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until soft.
2. Remove the flesh from the baked eggplants and chop with a knife if necessary. Transfer to a plate.
3. Crush garlic and add it to the eggplants. Add tahini paste. Mix everything.
4. Squeeze lemon juice, add olive oil, salt, pepper and cilantro. Stir. Done!
