Ingredients:

  • mushrooms - 300 grams
  • soy sauce - 70 grams
  • apple cider vinegar - 70 grams
  • sugar - 60 grams
  • water - 100 ml
  • ginger - 10 grams

Method of preparation:

1. Mix soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, water in a saucepan. Add a slice of ginger.

2. Bring to a boil.

3. Add the washed mushrooms and bring to a boil.

4. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
